Dear Trinity Family!

This week, we are preparing for Discovery Weekend which is our biggest youth event of the year. During Discovery Weekend, our Middle School youth, led by our High School students, will explore the love and support offered by the church community. Through worship, small groups, meaningful activities, and deep connections, they will uncover the essence of belonging and presence in the church community. 

In worship this Sunday, our theme will be “The Gift of Presence,” and we will focus on John 14:15-21 (CEB) and Romans 8:12-17 (CEB). Both scriptures remind us that those who are born by water and the spirit are joint heirs of Jesus and adopted into the Family of God. The presence of the Holy Spirit not only empowers us as individuals but also as the community of faith to live out our God-given purpose. As we partner with the Spirit and one another, God will do extraordinary things.

I will preach at 9 am Traditional, and our Director of Youth Ministries, Amber Cloud, will preach at 11 am Cross Connect. The youth will assist in serving communion at both services. 

Let’s support our youth this weekend with our prayers and presence. If you haven’t taken the time to invite someone to Trinity this Sunday, do it right now while it’s on your mind.
