Trinity has several ways for you to donate your money gifts:
- Click to link to Trinity’s online donation portal and set up a single or recurring gift.
- Text the word “GIVE” to 256.449.1956. Set up your account and make single or recurring gifts.
- Give in the baskets and plates on Sunday mornings at worship services.

MEMORIAL GIVING ONLINE
Honor a friend or loved one with a gift to Trinity. Memorial funds go to our General Ministries unless the family has requested a specific designated fund. Click here to give.
GIFTS OF APPRECIATED STOCK, BONDS, OR MUTUAL FUNDS
For many households, year-end charitable giving through appreciated securities may provide significant tax advantages, while also making a profound impact on Trinity’s ministry.
If you donate publicly traded stock, bonds, or mutual funds:
- You receive a gift letter for the value of the asset on the date of transfer.
- You may claim that value as a charitable tax deduction.
- You avoid capital gains tax on highly appreciated assets.
- There is no cost to you for the transfer.
We have a prepared memo HERE for your bank, broker, or financial institution with all the information needed to complete the transfer into Trinity’s accounts. Once the securities are received, Trinity works with our broker, the Methodist Foundation, to sell them and your institution provides documentation of the gift amount. Before making this type of gift, we encourage you to consult your financial advisor, financial planner, or CPA to ensure this option is beneficial for your situation.
