As we head into this season of giving, we are called to count our blessings and remember Jesus’ encouragement that truly, “it is more blessed to give than to receive.” At Trinity, OUR BLESSINGS ABOUND through a loving community, inspiring worship, enriching discipleship, and transformative missions & justice. As we reflect on the abundance of these and so many other blessings, we realize that in the Kingdom of God, blessings are meant to be shared. And WHEN SHARED, BLESSINGS MULTIPLY! This is The Gift of Giving.
Below are three very important resources we ask you to consider prayerfully and intentionally:
1. 2024 STEWARDSHIP COMMITMENT CARD.
This year, you may designate your gifts in the following ways:
TITHE & OFFERINGS Gifts are your first & foundational gifts and are encouraged for the day-to-day operations of Trinity.
- These gifts support ministry supplies, salaries, utilities, etc., through the General Ministries Fund (10% of which goes to Missions).
ABOVE & BEYOND Gifts are your next-level gifts and are encouraged to support facility needs through:
- The Building/Maintenance Fund which supports the regular, ongoing maintenance of our facilities, i.e. safety inspections, repairs, grounds upkeep, insurance, etc.
- The
Restoration Project which supports the restoration of all exterior Limestone & Brick, Stained Glass restoration, Children’s Wing renovations, a new Welcome Entrance, and new Landscaping.
2. “STEP UP YOUR GIVING” CHARTS.
Financial Giving is an act of worship and a spiritual discipline that requires prayerful and intentional consideration and choice. As such, financial giving should grow as we mature in our faith. Please use these charts to assist your household in assessing where you are in your giving, and most importantly, where God is calling you to be. Do you need to take the First Step in giving? Grow? Stretch? Tithe for the first time? Or are you ready to step into Extravagant Giving?
3. BUILDING RESTORATION PROJECT BROCHURE.
God has blessed us with an opportunity to Secure, Strengthen, and Expand Trinity’s HOME for Current and Future Generations. This brochure details the scope of work that has already begun and will continue over the next year, the funds needed to make this work possible, and the levels of commitment we are asking from your household. Will you LEAD the campaign with a FOUNDATION Gift? STRENGTHEN the campaign with a FORMATION Gift? Or will you help us COMPLETE the campaign with a FINISHING Gift?
