Staff Parish Relations Committee The Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) is the personnel committee of the church. This committee works with the pastors and staff as they carry out the spiritual leadership of our congregation. The committee identifies staffing needs and policies and communicates those to the Church Council. The SPRC also consults with the bishop and cabinet when a change in ministerial leadership is needed, in order to help the bishop and cabinet better understand the needs of the congregation. Committee membership is divided into three classes, each elected for a three-year term, and the Lay Leader and a Lay Delegate to Annual Conference.  SPRC meetings are scheduled quarterly, with additional called meetings if deemed necessary by the chair or Senior Pastor.
