Highlights of Trinity UMC's 50th Anniversary:

Saturday, March 11 there were activities in the afternoon and a time for fellowship with friends old and new, and a joint choir rehearsal. We had an Evensong service in the Sanctuary at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6:30, and a Time of Celebration in The New Room at 7:30 with a multimedia celebration of Trinity.

Sunday March 12 there was a service in the Sanctuary and Cappuccino & Christ in The New Room. Current and former members of the Sanctuary Choir and Trinity singers participated in an Anniversary Choir for the traditional service.

Cappuccino & Christ celebrated their Tenth Anniversary as well as Trinity’s 50th Anniversary. Members of the bands who have been involved in the services currently, or in the past, were invited to be a part of the C&C service on Sunday morning.

Our guest preachers were Larry Dill for Sunday morning C&C worship with members of the bands and Willis Vickery for Sunday morning traditional worship with current and former members of the Sanctuary Choir and Trinity Singers, under the direction of Vic Thompson, leading the music.
