Bolivia Mission Trip
In partnership with Compassion International
June 11 - 18, 2011
What: June 11-18, 2011 we will journey to Bolivia to observe and participate in the ministry of Compassion International. During our stay we will visit Compassion projects, see the ministry of Compassion in action, work on projects related to the needs of some Compassion centers and also have a special day to meet our sponsored children (if that applies to you). Compassion is the BEST at hosting, housing and taking care of groups. They will handle all our in-country travel, provide supplies and supervision for our project work and also provide translators every day.
Cost: $2300 per person. This cost includes domestic and international flights, housing at a high end hotel in La Paz, all food and bus service on the trip.

Spots: There are 25 total spots available
Family Ministry Opportunity: Because Bolivia is a developing country and all travel has an element of uncertainty, a parent will need to accompany any youth under the age of 16. Youth 16 and over will be assigned a travel partner during the trip.
Fundraisers: This is a self-funded trip. We will provide donor letter templates which will outline the details of the trip and the potential for life-change for the participants and those we serve. We will encourage you to send these letters to friends and relatives most of who would love the opportunity to partner with you in mission if they knew of the opportunity.
Deposit: A $300 deposit is due February 1. Final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure. Due to the limited number of spots available getting deposits in early will further ensure your participation.
Spot preference: The experience of seeing Compassion at work solidifies commitments to continue supporting the life-changing ministry of Compassion. For that reason, if spots become limited, preference will be given to those who are sponsoring children through Compassion International.
Mission Week

Youth grades 6-12 serve Huntsville and the surrounding area in service during the day and worship and awesome teaching each night!
The cost is $65 and includes a t-shirt, and a rafting trip the end of the week!
